Profile: Lee began his exploration of Body Harmony in 1985, by taking individual sessions from Dr. Don McFarland, the founder of Body Harmony. Impressed with the results he received from his sessions, Lee went on to study Body Harmony and became a practitioner in 1989. His studies and work continued and evolved, and he became an Internationally Certified Body Harmony Teacher in 1994. Lee is a member of the International Body Harmony Guild, and serves as a consultant to Body Harmony schools and practitioners worldwide. As Director of Westside Body Harmony in Los Angeles, Lee’s personal evolution is ongoing, and he empowers his clients and students by continually sharing his discoveries with them.
In addition to Body Harmony, Lee is trained in Pranic Healing, Collard Method bodywork, Rosen Method bodywork, and Continuum movement.
Lee is also a breathworker, having practiced and taught the techniques of Vivation and Rebirthing since 1984. He is a member of Associated Vivation Professionals (AVP), serves as Director of AVP North America, and is on the AVP World Board of Directors.
Lee's healing work integrates the power of the breath with a structural and intuitive awareness of movement and energy in the body. He teaches how to use your willingness, purpose, and sense of fun to release your limitations so you can get the good that you desire!
