Referral Commission
Doctors and healers who refer their patients to buy our products will get a 25%
commission. Please make sure your patients give your name and address to us when
ordering; we will then send you a check.

If you are a reseller for another company that sells products similar to ours, and
if you can provide evidence such as an invoice from the other company, or your
personal website with the products for sale, you can become our reseller immediately
and start buying at reseller price!
Otherwise, there is a small fee of $495, or buy at least 5 units of our products, to
set up resellership. For wholesaleship the fee is $995, or buy at least 20 units of

Resellers must sell any products they purchase from us at no lower than our retail
price. You may sell for more if you choose, but not less than the current prices
at Telstar, inc. On a few small items that we carry, we may not be able to offer
wholesale pricing.

We also have a referral program; if a reseller refers buyers to us; we ship free
to the buyer, and the reseller will get a check from us for the retail cost of the
item minus the wholesale cost (you make your profit we do the work )!  


Product Warranty

Customer service is very important to us. All items have at minimum a one year product
warranty, some may have longer. Inquire for questions about specific products. We provide
top-quality repair service at low prices for all our customers even when the warranty
has expired. If a machine is lost or stolen and you have ordered from us before we may
replace it with a new one at lower than market price.



Return Policy

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase for any reason at all, no questions
asked. The item must be in new condition and in the original packaging for a full refund.
If the item is damaged, we can only refund part of the cost or replace it with a new,
identical item. Herbal products cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Before shipping
a product back, please call for a refund number. Otherwise, the package return will be
rejected. Resellers and wholesalers may not return items.



Buyer Policy

All our products can be sold directly to you without a doctor's prescription or referral.
The TDP/MF/WS lamps and Qiqong devices have CPT codes for doctors to use to bill your
insurance company.  For new buyers, all items (not including herbal products) have a
one-month trial, full money-back guarantee so you can test our claims yourself. All devices
have an at least one year product warranty, some may have two year or three year warranty.
After the warranty expires, we still try our best to provide repair service at a low cost
or may replace it with a new one at low cost.



Health Insurance and IRS Tax Deductible Policies

All our products are licensed so that they can be sold directly to anyone without a doctor's
prescription or referral. If you do have a prescription, these products will qualify as a
taxable medical expense and may be deducted from your income taxes and may even be
reimbursable from your private health insurance company if they cover such devices. The
lamps and Qi Qong machines are FDA approved and have CPT codes for doctors to use for
insurance billing. Please ask us directly for this information if you are a licensed health
practitioner.

Telstar has no particular prejudice or attachment to one health system or another. We spend
a great deal of time monitoring health product development in China, Japan, Taiwan, and
Hong Kong for new products from the incredibly fertile world of oriental holistic natural
therapy. We look for products that have been proven effective through actual clinical use.
We specialize in unique products that are available nowhere else, or are otherwise hard
to find. However, we do not exclude products that come from the West; if it is new and
exciting and has some clinical proof, we want to hear about it. If you have discovered
a new product, be it a nutritional supplement, a holistic healing device, a scientific
discovery, a new philosophy or even an old philosophy that we haven't covered on these
