Fu x, a woman of 54 years old had her rectum cut off and enteroproctia plasty was made for carcinoma of her rectum in the Second Attached Hospital of Ha'erbin University of Medical Sciences in 1979. After the operation, she did not feel well she had tiredness all over, ventosity, abdominalgia and pain in her right lower limb, especially at night. Until Apr l984.She could walk only with the help of others. In examination, the doctor felt a mass as large as a duck's egg in fossa iliaca. The mass, as hard as stone, was fixed with a smooth surface. The soft tissue of her right lower limb presented a anthorisma. The middle piece of her right thigh was 4cm larger than that of her left. Substantive tumour, 7.1 x 6.6 cm in size, could be seen by ultrasonic diagnosis. Its surrounding was shaped irregularly and unclearly.

Suggestion: The tumour in right hypogastrium was yet to be Investigated.

Clinical Diagnosis: Metastasis of carcinoma of the rectum. The patient had been given medical treatment in the Second Attached Hospital of Ha'erbin University of Medical Sciences and Heilong Jiang Tumour Hospital before she came to the hospital. The results of both check and consultation showed she had the metastasis of carcinoma of the rectum in advanced stage. so she was incurable. From June,l984 she was radiated with MF-on hypogastrium, once or twice a day,6O to 15O minutes for each time. Two weeks made a course of treatment. There was an interval of a week between every course. From short-term clinical observation, the patient had a better recovery. Autosymptom was alleviated and she could take care of herself in daily life and have outdoor activities without others' help. Therefore, she said happily: "It's comfortable to have this kind of treatment. Two years after the treatment with MF-TDP LAMP, the mass in her right fossa iliaca never grew or proliferated.

Experience: At present, there is no better treatment for metastasis of cancer in advanced stage both at home and abroad. The patients of this case will die mostly in a short period. However, if they are treated with MF bio-spectrum , they can not only achieve good results of stopping pain and alleviate their sufferings, but also prolong their lives. In the treatment with MF-TDP LAMP, patients always feel comfortable and after the treatment, The condition of the case mentioned above has been controlled. We have not had enough practical experience, It's hard for us to determine if the electromagnetic spectrum played the important role.
