I have lumped all cardiac dysrrhythmias together since they all have similar causes and approaches for resolution . Whether a person has one diagnosis rather than another is more due to that person's genetic makeup than it is to the aggravating factors--in nearly every case in which no structural cause can be found. We do not yet know how to change the genetic make up but we CAN change the contributing factors that are not yet recognized by strictly conventional medical thinking.

The 2 main factors, within our control, are low intracellular magnesium (see archive about Intracellular Magnesium archive and the continuous overstimulation of the hypothalamus via stored Stress-Effect archive For that, see Dr Selye's work over the past 50 years.

The solution to the former is, of course, raising the intracellular magnesium and, so far, the only resolution to the latter is Effective Skilled Relaxation archive

Neither of these approaches can interfere with any conventional treatment and neither has any negative side effects.
